Dwell Fractional allows owners to opt-in and rent their unused stay time through our sister company, Dwell Vacations. This allows you to offset yearly expenses for time that you are unable to use each year.

The maximum capacity for each home is listed on the individual property page. No more than the number of people that the home will sleep are allowed on the property at any time.

Fractional ownership through Dwell Fractional is true ownership – you have an owner’s closet in your home, and will always stay at the same home you know and love. With our local experience of the market, we can make selling a breeze.

Yes, dogs are welcome. Sorry no other animals allowed at this time.

An owner can have up to 4 shares of any one property, which equates to half ownership of a single home and 24 stay weeks per year.
